A Panchagarh court has granted police 18 days to interrogate three JMB members in two cases over the murder of Panchagarh priest Joggeshwar Roy.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Marzia Khatun gave the order yesterday.
JMB members Alamgir, 30, Romjan Ali, 20, and Md Hafiz, 32, arrested in separate drives in Panchagarh and Nilphamari on Friday.
Sonto Gaurio Temple priest Joggeshwar, 50, was found slaughtered at his home on February 21. Police claimed three killers took part in the killing and five others kept the crime scene under surveillance.
The trio had confessed that at least eight people were involved in the murder.
