The police have recovered the body of an unidentified youth from Meghna River in the district's Lalmohan upazila.
Lalmohan police station OC Akhtaruzzaman said: “Locals noticed the floating body with the hands and feet tied with rope.
“Being informed, police rushed to the spot and recovered the body around 7pm Friday.”
The police are suspecting that he might have been killed six to seven days ago.
