RAB have seized 21, 440 pieces of banned narcotics yaba pill at Dilkul area under Sadar Upazila in Cox's Bazar early hours on Friday.
One Salimullah, son of Haji Samsul Huda was arrested from his residence in a special drive.
RAB personnel arrested Salimullah in a special drive around 2.45am and seized the Yaba pills from his residence at Dilkul area. However, his brother Amanullah managed to flee sensing the presence of law enforcers.
ASP Syed Mohsinul Haque of Rab-7 told the Dhaka Tribune that two brothers- Amanullah and Salimullah were involved with Yaba business.
