Three members of a family have been stabbed by the alleged robbers at their residence in Shahjahanpur of Dhaka.
The injured are two sisters – Poly, 24, and Rosy, 26 – and their brother Nahid, 28 and they were admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), said hospital sources.
Of the injured, Poly, 24, is still undergoing treatment at the hospital while Nahid and Rosy were released after giving primary treatment, said DMCH police outpost in-charge Muzammel Haque.
He said some three to four miscreants entered the house cutting window grill early Monday. The girls came under attacks when they came to know about the presence of the bandits.
