Customs officials have arrested a person in possesion with 35 pieces of gold bars weighing four kilograms at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Arrestee Faisal Hasan,30, is a resident of comilla.
Assistant Commissioner (Customs) Reyadul Islam said Faisal landed at the airport from Dubai around 8am Sunday.
Customs officials challenged him and found 35 gold bars searching his body and shoes.
The market value of the gold is Tk2 crore, said the Customs official.
He said the detainee would be handed over to Airport police station.
