Police have arrested four alleged robbers from different parts of the capital city Dhaka on Sunday.
Tejgaon police, in overnight drives, arrested them and recovered gold, silver and non-lethal weapons from their possession, DMP Deputy Commissioner SM Jahangir Alam Sarkar told the Dhaka Tribune.
The robbers committed a robbery five days ago in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar area in the capital, he said.
During the drive, a gold businessman was also arrested, he added.
Details regarding the matter will be disclosed at a press briefing later in the day.
