Police detained three people with 88 pieces of yaba tablets from a hotel in Sylhet.
The detainees are Md Nozrul Islam, 40, son of Nurul Islam of Dhaka, Sumon Mia, 30, son of Hazi Ruhul Amin of Comilla and Rubel Ahmed, 29, son of Nizam Uddin of Sylhet.
Acting on a tip-off, RAB raided a room of Hotel Al Foyez and arrested the traders with the yaba tablets at around 7pm on Tuesday, said a press release issued by Rapid Action Battalion RAB 9.
Additionally, RAB seized 52 bottles in another drive at Shahporan.
Meanwhile, police detained Moin Uddin Ahmed Selim, 30, from the Shahjalal Shrine area at around 9pm.
Kotwali model police station OC Sohel Ahmed said Moin is a listed snatcher in the district.
