A newly SSC examination passed student was gang-raped by her boyfriend and his two other friends at Char Padmabila village in Kashani upazila of Gopalganj district on Sunday evening.
The victim, who had just passed the SSC from Kashiani bathanadanga high school this year, was admitted to Gopalganj General Hospital.
Quoting from the case detail, Kashiani police station Sub-Inspector Enamul Haque Chowdhury said Hridoy, Markin, and Biru -these three young men- repeatedly raped the student after taking her inside a bush when she was on her way home from her uncle's house in the evening and later left her there.
The victim's father filed a case with Kashiani police on Monday.
For medical test, she was admitted to Gopalganj general hospital.
The three accused fled after the incident. However, operation to arrest them is underway, said the police official.
