A Dhaka court has ordered two flats in Dubai worth 10,479,000 Dirhams belonging to Jisan Mirza, wife of former inspector general of police (IGP) Benazir Ahmed, to be seized and two bank accounts containing 162,000 Dirhams to be frozen.
Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Mohammad Zakir Hossain Galib issued the order on Mondayfollowing a petition by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
