The judicial activities of both the Appellate Division and the High Court of the Supreme Court will remain suspended on Monday in honour of late Justice Tafazzal Hossain Khan, a former High Court judge and veteran Supreme Court lawyer.
Activities of both divisions of the Supreme Court will remain suspended on Monday, said Special Officer of the Supreme Court Mohammad Saifur Rahman.
TH Khan, also a former MP, died at Bangladesh Specialized Hospital in the capital at 4:45pm on Sunday.
He was also a founding member of BNP, and was the vice-chairman of the party in his final years.
