A Chittagong court on Monday framed charges against BNP leader Shamsuzzaman Dudu in a case filed over threatening Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s life.
The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Kamrun Nahar Rumi indicted Dudu
after holding a hearing in his presence.
According to the case statement, the BNP leader issued a life-threat to the prime minister at a television talk show on September 16, 2019.
The case was lodged against him with Chief Judicial Magistrate
Court in Chittagong on September 19, 2019.
