A Dhaka court on Monday set December 20 to submit investigation report in a case lodged for abetting rape of a Dhaka University student, against six persons including former vice-president (VP) of Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) Nurul Haque Nur.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Begum Mahmuda Akter passed the order as the concerned investigation officer failed to submit the report on Monday.

The victim filed the case against Nur, Bangladesh Chatra Adhikar Parishad convener Hasan Al Mamun, joint-convener Nazmul Hasan Sohagh, joint-convener Md Saiful Islam, vice-president Md Nazmul Huda and Dhaka University student Abdullah Hil Baki, with Lalbagh police station on September 20.
Hasan Al Mamun was made prime accused in the case and his Nababganj Boro Masjid Road home was described as the crime scene.
