The Supreme Court administration has made wearing masks mandatory on its premises.
In a notification on Thursday, Register General Ali Akbar said all officials, lawyers, and their associates, justice seekers, and other visitors have to wear masks in a bid to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.
The staff members of the bakeries and shops at the premises of the top court have also been asked to wear masks, it said before adding that individuals coming to provide samples for Covid-19 test in the collection booth at the Supreme Court will also have to wear masks.
