ACC to sue Inqilab Editor Bahauddin

He had allegedly amassed illegal assets worth Tk1.7 crore

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) is set to file a case against Daily Inqilab Editor AMM Bahauddin, for allegedly amassing illegal assets worth Tk1.7 crore.

"The anti-graft commission has found Bahauddin amassed wealth of Tk17,029,393 beyond his known sources of income, of which he had kept secret the  information about Tk8,919,000," ACC Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed to Dhaka Tribune on Monday.

ACC will soon file a case against Bahauddin, the official added.
