The High Court on Monday wanted to know what Minni had confessed to as referred to in the SP’s press briefing, before her court confession in her husband Rifat’s murder case.
The Court fixed the hearing date for today and asked Minni's lawyers to submit newspaper reports published after the SP’s press briefing.
The bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman issued the order after hearing a fresh petition on Monday.
Lawyer Z I Khan Panna and his team represented Minni, while Deputy Attorney General Md Sarwar Hossain represented the state.
On August 18, Ayesha Siddiqua Minni, filed a bail petition with the High Court but the court refused to grant her bail.

Rifat’s wife, Minni was arrested on July 16 and was placed on a five day remand the following day.
On July 18, Barguna Superintendent of Police (SP) Maruf Hossain told reporters that Minni confessed to her involvement in her husband’s murder after a daylong interrogation.
The next day, a Barguna court sent her to jail after recording her confessional statement.
A controversy was created in the case after Minni's father Mozammel Hossain said that his daughter had provided her statement under duress.
On June 26, Rifat was attacked by a group of assailants in broad daylight with sharp weapons, in front of Barguna Government College, while Minni desperately tried to save him. Rifat later died of excessive bleeding from his wounds.
Video footage of the attack went viral on the internet, sparking outrage across the country.
Rifat’s father, Dulal Sharif, filed a case with Barguna police station against 12 people. Police have so far arrested 15 people, including Minni, all of whom have confessed to their involvement in the murder.
Nayan Bond, the prime accused in the case, was killed in a gunfight with police on July 2.
