Killer of siblings placed on remand

Senior Judicial Magistrate Rezmin Sultana gave the order after police produced accused Rubel Mia, 23, in the afternoon with a seven-day remand plea. According to the case filed by the father, Rubel killed his younger brother Yasin and two sisters Mariam and Marzia, and later stabbed his elder brother Atikur Rahman at their Alokbali Purbo Para house on Tuesday. Police arrested him with the help of locals the same day. Family members and police suspect that Rubel killed his siblings following a dispute over family properties.
