A Dhaka court extended the date for submitting the probe report of a case filed over a technical glitch which caused a Biman flight carrying the prime minister to make an emergency landing.
Metropolitan Magistrate Golam Nabi announced March 29 as the next date of submission, after the Counter-Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit of Dhaka Metropolitan Police failed to submit a report on Sunday.
On November 27 last year, the Biman flight carrying the prime minister was forced to make an emergency landing in Turkmenistan.
The Biman authorities filed a case with Airport Police Station on December 20 against nine of its officials over the incident.
Three inquiry committees had been formed to investigate the situation.
