On Thursday afternoon, Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Anisul Huq paid a visit to Chief Justice SK Sinha at his official residence.
The minister entered the chief justice's house at around 4:05pm and left at 4:39pm.
Media Relations Officer Dr Rezaul Karim with the Law Ministry confirmed the matter to the reporters.
The minister did not speak to the media after the meeting.
Earlier, the law minister met with the acting chief justice at the Supreme Court.
