She reached Bakshibazar court premises at around 12:15pm on Thursday.
The BNP chief also faces ten other cases including a sedition case, a case under the Explosive Substances Act and eight arson cases.
Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Md Kamrul Hossain Molla deferred the hearing of the ten cases filed against Khaleda to January 9, 2017.
December 1 was earlier fixed for the hearing but was later postponed to January 9 after Khaleda’s counsel Md Sanaullah Miah sought time.
The court said her bail will be cancelled if she fails to appear before the court in the given time petition.
