A teenage boy has been killed by lightning at Katakgachha village under Fulchhari upazila in the district.
The deceased is Mamod Ali, 14.
Gazaria UP Chairman Monotosh Ray said Mamod died on the spot as a thunderbolt hit them while he was returning home from a paddy field around 11am on Monday.
