Police have recovered the body of a madrasa student from a paddy field at Leshiara village under Kosba upazila in Brahmanbaria.
The deceased is Rahmat Ullah, 13, class VIII student of Leshiara Madrasa.
Rahmat's elder brother Babul Mia said Rahmat went missing on April 5.
Locals found his body in a paddy field on Monday morning. Being informed, police recovered the body around 10:30am.
Kosba police station OC Md Mizanur Rahman said Rahmat was suffocated to death.
Deceased's brother filed a case against some anonymous persons with the police station, said the OC.
