Speaker of the Parliament and the Chairperson of executive committee of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury has left Dhaka for Washington, USA on Friday night. She will attend the Global Parliamentary Conference on April 12-13 to be held at Washington DC, said an official release on Saturday. Chief Whip ASM Firoz is accompanying her, among others, as her entourage. She is scheduled to return on April 18.
