A man, who was abducted from Munshiganj, has been rescued from Demra area in Dhaka.
Aowlad Sheikh, 40, son of late Aslam Sheikh, was abducted on Monday.
Sirajdikhan OC Yeardous Hasan said Aowlad was rescued from Borohati area of Demra around 11pm on Wednesday.
He said: “Abductors left Aowlad near a tea stall with his hands and legs tied up. Being informed, a team of police rescued him."
