Five people have been burnt when miscreants hurled petrol-bombs at a truck in Matubhuiyan area under Dagonbhuiyan upazila in Feni.
The identities of the injured could not be ascertained immediately.
Dagonbhuiyan OC (Investigation) Azim Uddin said the incident took place around 6:30am Friday.
The injured were taken to Feni Sadar Hospital, he added.
Hospital's Residential Officer Oshim Shah said: “Of the injured, three have been sent to Comilla Medical College Hospital in a critical condition.”
“The other two were released after taking primary treatment,” he added.
