Three people were burnt in an arson attack on a train in Habiganj’s Madhabpur yesterday night.
Maya Begum, 40, her daughter Amina Khatun, 22, and Madhab Raudra, 30, were admitted to Habiganj Sadar Hospital shortly after the attack.
They were travelling to Sylhet from Chittagong by Paharia Express, which came under attack in Noapara around 9pm.
Officer-in-Charge of Shayestaganj police station Yasinul Haque said police were trying to nab the attackers.
