A man has allegedly beaten his wife to death in Bahadia village under Pakudia upazila in Kishoreganj.
The deceased is Rahena Khatun, 35, wife of Masud Bhuiyan, 40.
Locals said Masud is mentally imbalanced. He beat Rehana to death at 8:30pm on Wednesday.
Later, police recovered the body from the house on Thursday morning and sent it to sadar morgue for autopsy.
