Rapid Action Battalion has handed over Mahmudur Rahman Manna to Gulshan police, officials say.
He was taken to Gulshan police station around 12:25 am on Wednesday, Gulshan Circle assistant commissioner Nurul Amin told the Dhaka Tribune.
