A labourer, who received severe burns in an arson attack, has died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
Mohammad Hossain, 49, died at the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital at 10am on Thursday.
Dr Partha Shankar Pal, residential surgeon of the DMCH burn unit, disclosed the information to the Dhaka Tribune.
He said: “Hossain was admitted to the hospital with 60% burns.”
Three people received burn injuries when miscreants hurled petrol bombs at a pickup van in Feni on Sunday.
