Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid has again requested to keep the hours of the ongoing SSC exams out of the political programmes like blockade, hartal.
He made the urge in a press conference held in his office in the capital on Saturday.
“I repeat my request to keep the SSC exam hours, including each two hours before and after the exam, out of hartal purview.” said Nahid.
He said: “Do whatever you want to do, but please exempt the examinees for this time so that they can sit for the exams.”
“I made the request to save 1.5 million children who are appearing at the SSC exams this year,” he said.
