Police have detained a leader of Chhatra Dal from Sirajdikhan upazila, apprehending subversive activities during the hartal.
Keyain Union's Chhatra Dal President Shahidul Islam Miavai was held at 1am on Monday.
Sirajdikhan OC Yeardous Hasan said he was produced before the court in the morning.
