Schedule of 5 trains from Chittagong cancelled
Railway authorities have cancelled the schedule of five trains from Chittagong following the derailment of Nasirabar Express in Mirsarai.
Chittagong Railway Station Manager Abul Kalam Azad confirmed this to the Dhaka Tribune.
Complaint against Khaleda over killings in arson
A complaint has been filed against BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia over countrywide killings by arson attacks during the ongoing blockade enforced by BNP-led 20-party alliance.

Officer-in-Charge Himanshu Das Rana of Government Railway Police (GRP) in Chittagong said two compartments and engine of Nasirabar Express veered off the track around 3:30am on Monday.

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have seized 507 bottles of Indian liquor in separate drives at Sunamganj border area early Monday.
Sunamganj BGB 8 Commander Lieutenant Colonel Golam Mohiuddin said: “Acting on a tip-off, a team led by Nayek Nurul Islam conducted a drive in Shingpur Haor area and seized 415 bottles of liquor while the other 92 bottles were seized by Masimpur BGB members.”
National ICT Policy draft gets cabinet nod
The cabinet has approved a draft of the National Information and Communication Technology Policy 2015.
The draft was approved in the meeting on Monday afternoon, Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan told reporters.

A four-member probe committee has been formed to investigate the derailment of a train in Ambaria area of Mirsarai upazila in Chittagong.
Divisional Transport Officer Firoz Iftekhar will head the committee, Chittagong Railway Station Manager Abul Kalam Azad said.
