The cabinet has approved a draft of the National Information and Communication Technology Policy 2015.
The draft was approved in the meeting on Monday afternoon, Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan told reporters.
The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
"The policy has been made up to date with a view to making the government more skilled and accountable," said the cabinet secretary.
