Two people have been killed as a truck rammed into a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Domdoma area under Mithapukur upazila of Rangpur.
The deceased are Robin, 40, a resident of Birampur upazila of Dinajpur, and Motin, a resident of Domdoma area of the upazila.
Police sources said the accident took place when the truck hit the auto-rickshaw in the area around 9am on Saturday, leaving Robin and Motin dead on the spot and another injured.
The injured was admitted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital.
