Two garments worker have been killed in a road accident in Mirzapur upazila of Tangail.
The deceased were identified as Sharif, 23, son of Mozibar Rahman and Rana, 25, son of Kasim Uddin in Razabari village of the upazila.
Md Humayun Kabir, OC of Gorai highway police station said a speedy bus hit them near Mirzapur Cadet College on Dhaka-Tangail highway on Saturday morning, leaving Rana dead on the spot.
Later, Sharif succumbed to his injuries on the way to Dhaka. Both of them were going to their office riding on a bicycle.
