Demanding security for SSC examinees, Samajtantrik Chhatra Front has formed a human chain in front of Ashwini Kumar Hall in the city on Thursday.
The human chain demo was staged around 12 noon.
In the programme, the speakers urged political parties to consider the safety and security issues of the Secondary School Certificate examinees.
Among others, organisation leaders Irman Habib Ruman, H M Imon and Bishweshwer Bhushan Dey addressed the programme, presided over by its Barisal City unit President Manisha Chakraborty.
