Internationally renowned painter Shahabuddin Ahmed has recently been brought on board Masud Pathik’s directorial venture “Chhinno Alo.”
The film tells the story of Shorif, a mentally challenged thirteen year-old boy, who comes to Dhaka from his village to attend an autism school which Shahabuddin one day visits. Shahabuddin plays a painter in the film that revolves around a work of art, “Wedding,” painted by the eminent artist himself. Veteran actor and recitation artiste Jayanto Chattopadhyay will also appear in the film.
“Chhinno Alo” will begin shooting at the end of March.
