Shruti Haasan is touching newer avenues as far as her Bollywood career is concerned. After having mesmerised the audiences with her looks and acting abilities, Shruti tried her hand at singing and quite succeeded in it too.
The recently released movie “Tevar” starring Sonakshi Sinha and Arjun Kapoor had her sing two tracks – “Joganiyaan” and “Madamiyan,” both of which became chartbusters.
Shruti Haasan is now going to croon for her younger sister Akshara Haasan in her debut Bollywood venture “Shamitabh.” The song is titled “Sannata” and the makers are all set to launch the song soon. The song is already available on Internet jukeboxes and the lyrics are surely going to take you by awe and surprise.
Composed by Ilaiyaraaja, “Sannata” is very different from “Joganiyan.” It’s young, contemporary, edgy and quirky, much like Shruti Haasan’s own musical vibe. It’s a different track compared to what one hears in mainstream music these days.
