At least four people have been killed and two others injured in a head-on collision between a truck and a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Chorbhabla under Kalihati upazila in Tangail.
The deceased could not be identified immediately.
Bangabandhu Bridge East police station Officer-in-Charge Akhtaruzzaman said: “Four of them died on the spot in the accident that occurred around 12:15am on Wednesday.”
He said the injured were admitted to Tangail Medical College Hospital.
