Fire has broken out at Jhutpatti in the capital’s Mirpur 10 on Wednesday afternoon.
Fire Service and Civil Defense Station Duty Officer Shahjadi confirmed the Dhaka Tribune.
A total of 10 firefighting units rushed to the spot and were trying to douse the blaze, she added.
“The reason behind the fire could not be known immediately and, no causalities were reported till filing of this report at 3:21pm," the official said.
