“Haq-er Ghor,” a documentary depicting the life and struggle of Lalon followers, has been launched in the form of a DVD at the Liberation War Museum on Wednesday. Fakhrul Arefin, the director of the film who previously grabbed a National Film Award for his another documentary “Al-Badar,” depicted this time the lives of Lalon followers in “Haq-er Ghor.”
Hasanul Haq Inu, the information minister, unwrapped the cover of the DVD as the chief guest while Ranjit Kumar Biswas, secretary of the Cultural Affairs Ministry, filmmaker Morshedul Islam and Hasan Arif, secretary general of Bangladesh Sammilita Sangskritik Jot were also present on the occasion. The DVD is brought to the market by Laser Vision.
