“Kothao Keu Nei” actress Bijori Barkatullah told the Dhaka Tribune: “I have always confined myself to doing a small amount of work and will continue doing so. Although it is my profession, I insist on enjoying every bit of it. I do not like working for long stretches, and dislike monotony in my work. Shooting for thirty days is not possible on my part.”
“I enjoy spending time with my family, especially with my daughter. I feel that giving her time is more important than doing anything else. But if a good script comes my way, I am willing to work for the role.”
“Recently I got on board Rahmatulla Tuhin’s directional venture “Gontobbo Niruddesh” which is written by Pantha Shahriar. A fifty-two part TV drama, the plot is full of suspense and thrills.”
“I play a mysterious character named Shejuti who is in search of her sister’s killer. She goes to Bangkok and takes a job as a housekeeper of singer Partha Barua.”
“My husband Intekhab Dinar is also working on the TV series.”
Bijori and Dinar were last seen in “Plastic Card,” a TV play, in November.
The TV series is being filmed in Bangkok for twenty days.
“Before I was used to produce TV dramas but now the selling process has changed so much that I no longer involve myself with the production of TV plays.”
