Ten people have received burns after some miscreants set a passenger bus on fire in front of Mymensingh Medical College Hospital on Sunday.
Kotwali Model police station Officer-in-Charge Fazlul Karim said: “Some miscreants have set a bus on fire on Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway, leaving 10 people, including the driver of the bus.”
“Of the injured, five have been admitted to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital in critical condition.”
Asked who are behind the arson attack, the OC said: "Those who are trying to create anarchy in the country, have conducted the attack."
Later, the members of fire service put the fire out.
No report of arrest has been filed till writing the news at 5pm.
