The Bangladesh goalkeeper made two penalty saves to propel the national Under-12 football team to a 3-2 win over Indonesia’s Saint Prima Academy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia yesterday. Courtesy the win, Bangladesh progressed to the last four of the plate phase in the Super Mokh U-12 Cup.
Bangladesh will face Thai club Buriram United in the plate semifinal today morning.
Earlier, Bangladesh lost 3-0 against home side Cougars of Malaysia, drew 1-1 against Spanish top flight club Sevilla and lost against Thai club Chonburi FC to finish third in the group.
