Famous for the song “Badtameez Dil,” Indian singer Benny Dayal will perform live in Dhaka on December 18 at the Grand Ballroom of Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel. Originally from Kerala, Benny has worked as a playback singer with many noted composers including AR Rahman.
His popularity has grown steadily in the last few years with Bollywood hits like “Tarkeebein” (Band Baaja Baarat), “Daru Desi” (Cocktail), “Disco Deewane” (Student of the Year) and “Lat Lag Gayi” (Race 2). The segment will start at 7pm and will be followed by a fashion show. Tickets are available at Tk3,000 and Tk5,000 at Gitanjali Jewellers, Nando’s and BRAC Bank in the capital until December 14.
