A person has been killed and three others have been injured when a passenger bus ran a three-wheeler over at Tan area under Kaliakoir upazila in Gazipur.
The deceased is Fazal Mia, 30, driver of the three-wheeler and son of Kazi Nizam Uddin, of Kurigram.
Kaliakoir police station Sub-Inspector Mohammad Ali Jinnah said: “A passenger bus ran the three-wheeler over on Dhaka-Tangail highway around 8am, leaving the three-wheeler's driver dead on spot and three other passengers injured.”
Among the injured, one has been sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital in critical condition, added the SI.
