Jaya Ahsan posted a selfie with the King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan on her Facebook page yesterday.
The 42-year-old model and actor recently attended the 20th Kolkata International Film Festival as a distinguished guest invited by Mamata Banerjee, chief minister of West Bengal. At the backstage of the festival’s inaugural session, Jaya met Shah Rukh and other Bollywood stars including Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan, courtesy of Mamata.
Jaya left Dhaka on Sunday to attend the second oldest film festival in India. Boasting a rich oeuvre of 137 films from 60 countries, the festival will see 40 international delegates and 15 segments. There will be 31 Indian films, including 13 Bangla ones. The curtain will fall on the festival on November 17.
