Startup Dhaka, a content and event platform, has designed Innovation Xtreme (IX) to showcase the opportunities in a collective internet connected community and how people may be redefining the rules of a borderless world.
It displays a sense of what Bangladesh is good at and what Bangladeshis can do in the future.
Innovation Xtreme will be bringing in successful entrepreneurs, businessmen, investors and media in order to demonstrate the creativity of local entrepreneurs, according to a press release.
It is expected that within 25 years people from Bangladesh will have the ability to start becoming a meaningful member of a global business community, the media release stated.
The objective of the Innovation Xtreme event is to highlight this narrative in the current context of Bangladesh so that people collectively envisions a different kind future for the country.
With the central theme “Innovation in Bangladesh”, IX aims to showcase successes and opportunities.

In a press conference, Startup Dhaka CEO Mustafizur Rahman Khan said: “The main purpose of the event is to create dialogue."
