A person has been killed in a head-on collision between a bus and a truck on Keranirhat-Bandarban road in Satkania upazila in Chittagong.
Two others were also injured in the accident.
The deceased is Md Gafur, 40, a truck driver.
Assistant Sub-Inspector Pankaj Barua of Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) police outpost said a truck collided head-on with a bus in Haldiya area of Satkania upazila around 2:30pm, leaving the three persons critically injured.
They were rushed to CMCH where the on-duty physicians declared Gafur dead, said the ASI.
