The members of Bangladesh Class 3 Government Employees’ Association have submitted a memorandum to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday afternoon demanding the implementation of a new pay scale and minimum salary of Tk15,000.
A team led by Bangladesh Class 3 Government Employees’ Association Mahfuzur Rahman submitted the memo on Tuesday afternoon.
Earlier in the day, they held a rally at the capital’s Engineers’ Institution.
Association’s executive president, secretary general and joint secretary were also present, among others, in the program.
