A Dhaka court has granted six-day remand to four members of banned militant outfit Harkatul Jihad Bangladesh in two cases filed under Anti-Terrorism and Explosive Substance Acts.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nuru Mia passed the order when the investigation officer of the cases produced them before the court with a 10-day remand plea for each case.
The Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested them and recovered 55 different bomb making items from their possession during an overnight drive conducted in different areas including the capital on Friday night.
Later, DB police filed the cases with Wari police station in the capital.
